Processing Time: We live and work in Asia so our emphasis is on an easy pace & balanced lifestyle, not speed. However, 95% of weekday orders are processed within 24 hours.

If you have troubles with Paypal, please contact us for tips. It IS possible to use your credit card with Paypal and not have a Paypal account. Shipping address are a common issue with Paypal.

Shipping a Gift:

Paypal's security rules are extra tight; a good thing we feel. You cannot ship to an address outside of your Paypal account. We do not have a big issue with this and can be more lenient.

Include a note in your order payment if you wish us to ship to an address outside of your Paypal account or contact us here.

USA/Canada: We ship from fresh stock in Michigan. Quoted deliver is 2 to 5 postal days for USA and 2 to 6 postal days for Canada. Note: Canada orders stopped for customs inspection can take 2 extra weeks.

We ship from fresh stock in Thailand by Registered Thailand Priority Airmail (without tracking). Quoted deliver is 1 to 3 weeks; bigger cities get packages quickest.

Note: for Australian's down-under... custom inspection can add 2 weeks to you order delivery time. No worries, it'll get there!

Customs/Duty: We ship international orders (outside USA and Canada) and declare contents as Personal Gift: Souvenir Tea with value less than US $25.00. Any additional fees (duty, customs, clearance, storage, etc) incurred in your country are your responsibility.
Billing/Invoicing: Please use your Paypal payment as your receipt. We do not provide invoice, but are happy to do so on request.
Paypal Disputes: Please contact us here before you open a Paypal dispute. Since 2002, 99% of our orders get to customers just fine. However, there are always times to practice patience. Let us know if something has gone wrong with your order.

You can manager your online account in our store using the My Account link at the top of any cart page. We store you name, addresses and order history in our secure cart. We'll never share this information with anyone.
